NQ to QQQ converter: estimate QQQ from NQ futures

NQ trades overnight while QQQ does not. Enter an NQ price and get the approximate QQQ level, or enter a QQQ price and get the NQ equivalent. This is how LiquidityLevels expresses every overnight Nasdaq-100 level for QQQ traders.

How to use it

  1. Enter an NQ price (or a QQQ price in the second box).
  2. Leave the ratio at 40.82, or adjust it.
  3. Read the approximate QQQ (or NQ) equivalent.
QQQ ≈ NQ ÷ 40.82 · NQ ≈ QQQ × 40.82
Example. NQ 19,650 ÷ 40.82 ≈ QQQ 481.38. In reverse, QQQ 481.38 × 40.82 ≈ NQ 19,650.

About this calculator

How do you convert NQ to QQQ? Divide the NQ price by roughly 40 to 41. QQQ tracks the Nasdaq-100 at about one fortieth of the index level, but the exact ratio changes with futures basis, dividends and the ETF price itself. The ratio here (40.82) is a fixed illustrative value; briefings use the live basis. Treat the result as an approximation.
