How to use a premarket level
A premarket level is a reference, not a prediction. Traders mark where the overnight session found support or resistance, then watch how SPY or QQQ behaves around that price after 9:30 ET: accepting above it, rejecting from it, or ignoring it.
Because options on SPY and QQQ are closed overnight, the ES and NQ futures levels, translated to SPY and QQQ terms, are often the first map of the day. Pair the level with the calendar and the session structure before deciding anything.
About these levels
Each briefing is generated before the Asia, London and US session opens from recorded chart observations on ES, NQ and (for Premium) GC, CL and 6E: where price sits in the visible range, the trend sequence, how it reacted around levels, and what scheduled events are due. The briefing translates each futures level to its approximate SPY or QQQ equivalent so options traders do not have to do the conversion.
Every briefing is published unedited in the public archive 24 hours after delivery, and the track record page shows the chart at publish time next to the chart at the next session open. You can verify what was said, and what happened, for yourself.
